voxzone x100p kenny chan's accusations

Dear all,

As you all are aware that x100p is created by Digium.

Kenny Chan claims to have designed x100p. Kenny did not create or develop this product everyone. He simply took the design from the same manufacturer to create this generic product. If you like to test this out please look at openvox x100p, Voxzone x100p and the X100p.com's x100p(so called X100P SE).

X100p is designed by Digium. The generic versions of the x100p was sold by Voxzone, Openvox and X100p.Com.

I am willing to fight this legally heard anywhere. So kenny, please stop these accusations that your engineers created this. Please spread this email and tell kenny what you think.

Subject: 2nd Attempt: Website Selling Counterfeit of our Product

To Whom It May Concern,

On behalf of X100P.com, we would like to report a website hosted by your
company is selling counterfeit product of ours. The website in questions
is
www.voxzone.com.

The counterfeit product is being sold as:

"Voxzone Universal FXO PCI CARD for DigiumTM Asterisk"

While our genuine product is available at:

"Authentic X100P SE FXO PCI for Digium Asterisk VoIP PBX"

From our investigation, we found that "Voxzone" is operated by an
Indian
man
in Singapore. "Voxzone" has track record of plagiarising our
copyrighted
text and product images, and has started offering unlawful replica of
our
product recently. Voxzone is NOT a reseller of any our products and is
in NO
WAY affilliated with us.

The genuine X100P SE product was developed by our engineers at X100P.com
in
Fall 2006. It has been on sale for few years on our website and eBay
auctions. Note that eBay has already banned Voxzone from selling this
counterfeit product under eBay's VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) program.
However, to stop Voxzone from selling the counterfeit at the website
www.voxzone.com, we need your help from Data393.

The countefeit item is causing a great damage towards our
well-established
brand name and at the same time, damaging our sales. More importantly,
potential buyers will be tricked into buying an unlawful product with
questionable quality, and at the same time, the counterfeiting is
against
the DMCA.

Your quick response is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards,
Kenny Chan
